Manufacturing Facility

Our manufacturing infrastructure integrates advanced engineering, robust quality assurance processes, and state-of-the-art technology. It encompasses facilities for specialized processes—including precision grinding, super-finishing, heat treatment, press work, injection moulding, and surface treatments – for producing world-class automotive, textile, and industrial bearings, as well as key automotive components.
Our setup includes a fully equipped material testing laboratory, advanced heat treatment facilities, moulding and plating facilities, precision grinding, fully automated assembly lines, a comprehensive press shop and a suite of advanced facilities. Each manufacturing stage involves rigorous inspection and testing to minimize component rejections, ensuring finished products consistently align with global standards.
Our expertise extends to sophisticated machine-building capabilities, supported by a dedicated in-house tool room where skilled technicians develop specialized production machinery, testing fixtures, moulding tools, and press tools tailored precisely to client specifications.

Quality Control & Assurance

At RMP Bearings, quality control is ingrained at every stage of production, from initial design to final dispatch. Our commitment to zero-defect products is supported by stringent quality management practices and rigorous adherence to international standards such as IATF 16949:2016.
Our fully equipped, advanced laboratory features critical testing instruments including hardness testing devices, spectroscopic analysers, precision microscopes, and performance simulation rigs. We meticulously conduct comprehensive metallurgical analyses, dimensional inspections, and performance tests that include durability, load-bearing capability, and lifecycle assessments. We have integrated digital tools and software systems, ensuring real-time cross-departmental visibility and swift corrective actions when necessary.
