Our journey of engineering precision and inspiring progress began in 1978 when the visionary Shri C.M. Makwana (Babukaka) laid the foundation of RMP Bearings. From modest beginnings, we have evolved into a force to be reckoned with, engineering bearings and automotive components that empower industries worldwide. As a Chairman, I am incredibly proud of our team's relentless pursuit to stay ahead of the curve and their deep sense of responsibility towards our shared future. The future of mobility is fascinating! We find ourselves in an exciting period of transformation, driven by remarkable advancements in EV technology, digital innovation, and the pressing need for sustainability. At RMP Bearings, we eagerly embrace these challenges, as we have over 4 decades of operations. We are always striving to be more efficient at moving machines.

I was truly privileged to receive training under our beloved Founder Chairman, my grandfather; Shri C.M. Makwana (fondly known as Bakukaka). His unwavering guidance and deep-rooted wisdom gave me the confidence to grow and thrive in this industry. Through his immense experience and inspiring leadership, he taught me not only how to run RMP Bearings Ltd. but, how to do so with integrity, vision, and heart.

My Grandfather believed that employees are the greatest asset of any company—and I carry that belief with me every day. His legacy continues to inspire us all to build a future rooted in dedication, unity, and excellence.

Today, we continue that legacy—investing in advanced engineering, ethical practices, and global partnerships to support the evolving needs of our customers and the industry.
