Regular upskilling sessions are conducted to support their professional advancement.
Safety and well-being are built into our operating culture; from SOP adherence and
safety gear usage to scheduled safety training and audits. We conduct annual health
check-ups for employees and their families, and a 24/7 standby ambulance is
available on campus to handle any emergency.
Impact for Community
We are grateful to the people of
Ranpur. The town and its
community have given us an opportunity and played a pivotal role in shaping our
success story. As a gesture of gratitude, we organize monthly drives to distribute
medical kits, food essentials, and other amenities to childless senior citizens in
surrounding areas – over 100 couples supported and counting. We also sponsor local
events and host annual blood donation drives to stay meaningfully connected to the
people around us.

Our ISO 14001-certified operations reflect our
long-standing commitment to environmental responsibility. From designing
energy-efficient processes to adopting responsible waste management practices, we
ensure that our operations reduce ecological impact.
Every year, on World Environment Day, we conduct a tree plantation drive, planting over 10,000 trees to give back to the earth that sustains us.
