Yoke

RMP is the 1st manufacturer of Universal Joints from Sheet Metal in India. We have successfully developed Stake Yoke, Bolt Yoke, Weld Yoke, Profile Yoke, and Piped Yoke. We have developed stamping of machining for Manual Steering, H.P.S, and E.P.S.We have our tool room facility to design and developed Universal Joints Gauges and tooling. We develop Special Purpose Machines as per customer requirements for Yokes. We supply our yoke products to all major OEMs in India and exported this product to France and the US.

Bearings

RMP has implemented the latest advanced techniques for Manufacturing and Quality Assurance to meet the rapid increase in demand for quality, diversity of specifications and new types of bearings. Precision Ball Bearings from 6 mm bore to 160 mm bore diameter are manufactured in our state of the art manufacturing facility with in-process and post-process gauging in grinding and centrally air-conditioned assembly lines with auto gauging and testing equipment.

Machine Building Capacity

RMP’S infrastructure has been boosted by its in-house machine development capabilities through which we develop and manufacture our machines to meet the increasing demand for infrastructure enhancement and diversification of the business.
Special purpose production machines, Testing Fixtures, Injection Moulding Tools and Press Tools are all built by Tool specialists. This facility is equipped with a dedicated Tool Room to create a comprehensive manufacturing facility.

Material Testing Laboratory

Our quality is a benchmark for customer loyalty. We have very stringent measures to ensure that all our products undergo a strenuous inspection and testing at various stages of production that brings down the rejection level of various components to almost zero and ensures the finished product matches world standards. RMP has a host of high tech inspection machines for measurement and metallurgical inspection to check profile and surface finish, case depth, complex geometry, carbon and sulphur analyzers among other parameters.
