Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor daily production schedules
- Supervise cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance protocols
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, and Maintenance to minimize downtime
- Lead resource planning, cost control, and manpower optimization
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous learning
Lead and manage the HR function at the Ranpur plant, aligning people practices with business goals while ensuring compliance, development, and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee recruitment, training & performance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR audits
- Drive engagement, grievance redressal, and plant-level discipline
- Provide HR insights to leadership and align with business needs
- Supervise HR team and streamline HR processes via HRMS/SAP
Support day-to-day HR operations at the plant—recruitment, documentation, compliance, and employee engagement—ensuring smooth execution and policy alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with hiring, onboarding & employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Support compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
- Coordinate training, welfare, and grievance redressal
- Act as first point of contact for plant-level HR queries
