You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the plant’s people agenda while remaining hands-on with daily execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership :
Own the HR function at the plant, planning workforce requirements, supporting leadership with HR insights, and aligning people practices with business goals.

Oversee hiring at all levels within the plant and drive initiatives for training, upskilling, and performance management.

Labour Law Compliance :
Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and HR audit requirements. Coordinate with legal advisors and ensure timely documentation.

Uphold and enforce RMP’s safety-first culture. Ensure all safety SOPs, audits, and statutory requirements are followed, and take proactive steps to minimize risk.

Production & Quality Execution :
Monitor output across lines and ensure quality checkpoints are met at every stage. Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to drive zero-defect manufacturing.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement :
Diagnose process bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and implement practical improvements to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize resource usage.
